Aloo Keema Ingredient:
Mince (keema) half kg boneless
1 large size onion slice
3 tomatoes medium size slice
1 tablespoon of ginger, garlic paste
Oil half cup
Salt 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder half teaspoon
Red chilli flakes half teaspoon
Termeric 1/4 teaspoon
Rosted/crushed dry coriander 1 teaspoon
Rosted/curshed cummin 1 teaspoon
Mix herb spices ( garam masala) powder 1 teaspoon
Potatoes 2 medium slice
2 green chillies and fresh coriander leafs chopped for garnishing
Take a pan add in pan half cup of oil and add slice onion.
Fry lite golden.
Add onion, garlic and ginger paste saute 1 minute now add mince ( keema)
Cook till it change color of mince
Now add tomatoes and all spices mix well and cover it cook for 7 to 8 minutes till tomatoes and mince gets tender in low flame.
After 8-to minutes fry mince in high flame till tomatoes gets mashed and dry mince and tomatoes water.
Now add potatoes cover it again cook more 5 minutes till potatoes tender and oil come up.
Spread chopped green chilies and fresh coriander leafs
Mince and potatoes (aloo keema) is ready, you may serve it hot.
