Qeemay kay samosay (Ingredients):

Samosa Patti 4to5
Chicken mince 250gram

Black paper powder 1/2
tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
One Onion chopped
One green chili chopped

Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon

Oil 2 tablespoon

Method:

Take one pan and add oil,onion saute for 2 minutes
Now add chicken mince (Qeema), ginger garlic paste
Cook it for 3 minutes
Add black pepper,salt, green chili

Last but not least fill the samosas in samosa patti
Freeze it in fridge or fry it as you like
fry in deep fry oil
