Mix Vegetables – Mix Sabzi ingredients

1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste
2 spring onion chopped
1 large potato cubes
1 medium capsicum cubes
Peas half cup
Carrots slice 2
Tomatoes cubes 2
Large 1 Brinjal cut
Cauliflower 1
Medium bunch of cabbage chopped
1 Bottle gourd cubes
Turnip 1 make cubes
Half cup oil
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Half teaspoon of turmeric
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Green chili chopped
Green coriander

Method:

Take one pan, add  oil in it.

Add now ginger,garlic paste saute for 1 minute.

Now add spring onion stir and add tomatoes, mix well and cover it for 2 minutes till tomatoes are soft.

Here mashed tomatoes with spoon, add all spices, now add all vegetables one by one mix well and cover it for 20 minutes till all vegetables get tender.

Do not over cook

Oil is separate add lemon juice and green chilies and green coriander.
