Kalay chanay ki chaat recipe by Kitchen with Sanovia
We are using brown chickpeas/kala chana. It tastes different then the white chickpeas contains higher fiber content than Kabulis and are suitable for people with blood sugar issues. kalay chanay ki chaat is an essential dish for Ramadan and easy to take out on picnic days.

Kalay chanay ki chaat
Ingredients:
Black chikbeans 1, 1/2 boild
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Cumin 1 teaspoon crushed
Oil 2 tablespoon
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Take one pan and add oil wait for a minute to get hot
Add garlic paste ,cumin ,salt and red chili powder Saute for 1 minute
Now add black chick beans and cover it for 2 to 3 mintue on low flame till water get’s dry
After 2 minutes stir for more 2 minutes on medium high flame
Turn off stove and enjoy spicy chanay ki chaat
