Halwa Puri Aloo Chana Recipe By Kitchen With Sanovia:

Halwa puri aloo chana recipe is one of the famous morning dish in pakistan and indian sub continent in this recipe you can learn watch how to make it at home with step by step method and enjoy halwa puri aloo chana.

 

Semolina sweet ( suji ka halwa) Ingredients:

Semolina half cup

Sugar half cup

clarified butter (ghee) half cup

Green cardamom 3

Water one glass

Method:

Take pan and add in clarified butter (ghee) and add in green cardamom fry it 1 minute

Add semolina in pan, mix well

Now add in pan half cup of sugar cook 2 minutes melt the sugar

Pour one glass of water and cover it for 5 to 6 minutes in medium low flame

Water will be dry and separate mix for one minute

Semolina sweet (suji ka halwa) is ready

Potatoes curry ( aloo ki tarkari) Ingredients:

3 potatoes large size cut in cubes shape

Oil 3 tablespoon

Salt 1 teaspoon

Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon

Fenugreek seed half teaspoon ( methi dana)

Mustard seed half teaspoon ( Rai Dana)

Nigella seed half teaspoon (kalonji)

3 curry leafs

Fennel half teaspoon curshed

Cummin 1 teaspoon

Termeric 1/4 teaspoon

Method:

Take one pan and add in pan 3 tablespoon of oil and add in oil curry leafs, Fenugreek seed fry for 30 second now add in cumin, fennel, salt,red chili flakes,  nigella seeds, mustard seed, and turmeric cook all spices 1 minute in medium flame now add in pan potatoes and 3 to 5 tablespoon of water and cover it for 6 to 8 minutes till tender potatoes

Now lightly mashed potatoes

Potatoes curry is ready

Chickpeas curry ( chan ka salan) Ingredients:

Chickpeas 250 gram (boiled)

Salt 1 teaspoon

Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon

Cumin 1 teaspoon

Oil 3 tablespoon

Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon

Negilla seed (kalonji) half teaspoon

Water 3 to 5 tablespoon

Method:

Take one pan and add in pan 3 tablespoon of oil now add in cumin, red chili flakes, turmeric, salt, negilla seed, fry it for 1 minute

Now add in boiled chickpeas and add 5 tablespoon of water

And cook for 3 minutes in low flame

Chickpeas curry is ready

Puri

All purpose flour (maida) 3 cup

Salt 1 teaspoon

Oil as required for deep frying

Water as required for making dough

Method:

Take one bowl add in bowl all purpose flour, salt, make smoth and soft dough with water

Grease the dough with 1 tablespoon of oil add keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes

Now take one pan and add in 3 cup of oil and warm oil in high flame

Make small balls and roll with roller in round shape

Now flame is low and fry Puri in oil

Make all Puri like that

Puri’s are ready
