Rice 1/2 kg
Chicken 1/2 kg
Tomato 1 large
Onion 2 large
4 to 5 green chilies
Fresh mints
Fresh coriander
Ginger and garlic paste 2 tablespoon
Salt 1 tablespoon
Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
Whole spice powder 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
3 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
6 cloves
10 black papers
1 Bay leaf
1 star anise
2 sticks cinnamon
Cumin 1 tablespoon
5 plum
Yogurt 1 cup
Food color 1 teaspoon
Take one bowl add in chicken ,whole spices powder, coriander powder, red chili powder marinate the chicken for 15 mins
Take one pan and add 4 cups of water
add 1 teaspoon of Salt bring it to boil now add soaked rice make it half boil and set aside
Now take other pan and add 1/4 oil now add cumin, bay leaf, green chili and all dry ingredients fry for 1 min
Please add tomato and yogurt fry
it well and add chicken cook till change color cover it for 10 minutes
Now in yogurt add food color and spread in chicken
one layer of boiled rice one layer of fry onion and fresh mint and coriander repeat one more layer and cover it 15 minutes
