How to Make Chicken Potato Cutlet

Chicken Potato Cutlet Ingredients:
Half kg boil potatoes
250 gram boil chicken
1 small green chilli (chopped)
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of coriander and mint leafs (chopped)
Half teaspoon of black pepper powder
Half teaspoon of cummin powder
1 egg (beat)
Bread crumbs (as required)
Oil for fry
Take one bowl and add boil potatoes and chicken, mashed well and add salt, pepper , mint leaves, coriander leaves and cummin powder mix well.
Now Keep for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Greece you hands with oil after that make cutlets shapes .
Dip in egg once and one coat of bread crumbs and shallow fry in pan.
Cutlets are ready! enjoy with mayonnaise and ketchup.
Note: You can wrap and store for two weeks time in freezer, please use plastic wrapping sheet and air tight box.Defrost cutlets for 30 minutes before frying.
You can exclude the breadcrumbs, but i regularly prefer adding that layer for best delicious yummy crunchy crust.
